The Notes tab is the home for everything that doesn't fit into a flight, hotel, or activity: packing lists, visa reminders, group plans, restaurant ideas, anything.
Trip notes
The big text area at the top of the Notes tab belongs to the whole trip. It's a good home for:
- Packing checklists
- Visa, passport, or vaccination reminders
- Restaurant or coffee shortlists
- Anything you want everyone on the trip to see in one place
Drag the bottom edge to resize. The size you pick is remembered.
Per-leg notes
Below the trip notes, every leg with a note shows up as its own expandable block. You can also open a note straight from a leg in the Overview tab — click the + Add note under any leg.
Per-leg notes are perfect for:
- "Hotel needs the credit card I paid with at check-in"
- "Pickup at terminal 2, drop bags before 11am"
- "Sunday — most museums closed"
Formatting
Notes support light Markdown-style formatting and keyboard shortcuts:
- Bold —

Notes are sanitized for safety, so you can't paste arbitrary HTML or scripts in. Plain formatting works, and that's about it.
Deleting a note
Open the note and clear it out, or open the leg's menu and choose Clear note. Either works.
